O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is with regard to the inaction of the revenue authorities in passing appropriate orders upon her application dated 27.01.2015. The said application was made under the provisions of G.O.Ms.No.59 dated 30.12.2014 and G.O.Ms.No.179 dated 01.09.2018. The petitioner claims regularization of her possession in respect of the premises admeasuring approximately 307 square yards in Door No.6-7-75, Waddera Galli, Tandur, Vikarabad District.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue does not deny the fact that the petitioner made the subject representation as long back as in January, 2015. He would however state that the record shows that the petitioner is not in possession as the earlier writ petition filed by the petitioner, viz., W.P.No.21092 of 2001, was dismissed, vide order dated 01.11.2002, recording that the third respondent in the said writ petition had taken possession of the property on 01.10.2001 and therefore, the contention of the petitioner that she was in possession was devoid of substance.

In any event, once the petitioner made an application, it is for the authorities concerned to pass appropriate orders thereon. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the authority concerned to pass appropriate orders upon the petitioner's application dated 27.01.2015 in accordance with law. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be it from whatever source.

Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
