HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.7201 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md. Saleem, learned Standing Counsel for respondent-Municipality and perused the prayer in the writ petition with the supporting affidavit and the written instructions received by the learned Standing Counsel.

While treating the notice dated 26.02.2018 as provisional notice, the writ petitioner is directed to give reply within one week from the date of receipt of this order, from which the respondent shall pass orders afresh on considering the said explanation of the petitioner. In the meantime, the petitioner shall not make further construction and the respondent shall not take any coercive steps to demolish the existing structure, but for not to allow further construction.

With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
