THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.17799 of 2004 ORDER:
The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the order dated 25.06.2003 passed by the third respondent as confirmed in appeal orders dated 04.08.2003 passed by second respondent herein relegating the petitioner to the cadre of Deputy Manager from the post of Manager with basic pay of Rs.14,735/- as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and issue a consequential direction to set aside the same and to pass such other necessary orders.
At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no more and the purpose of filing of the writ petition has become infructuous.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. _____________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J April 26, 2016.
