Telangana State Road Transport Corporation, Khammam Dist. v. Bolla Venkateswarlu, Khammam Dist. And 2 Others
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1781 OF 2017 ORDER:
The present contempt case is filed by the fifth respondent in the writ petition alleging violation of the order, dated 19.09.2014 passed in W.P.M.P.No.34411 of 2014 in W.P.No.27483 of 2014. This Court passed the said interim order pending disposal of the writ petition suspending the notice issued by the Tahsildar, but directing the petitioners in the writ petition to deposit the rents collected by them in a separate account and furnish the statement of account to the fifth respondent. It was also made clear that the petitioners shall undertake to reimburse the rents collected to the fifth respondent in the event of their failure in the writ petition. Now it is alleged that the monthly statement of account is not being furnished to the fifth respondent in the writ petition.
The learned counsel for the writ petitioners submits that though there was lapse on the part of the petitioners, the petitioners undertake to furnish the monthly statement of account from the date of the order till today and continue to furnish the monthly statements to the fifth respondent till disposal of the writ petition. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the contempt case and the contempt case is accordingly closed. __________________________ A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J 13.04.2018 pln
