Pallapu Pedda Koataiah v. The State Of Telangana
THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SATISH CHANDRA SHARMA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE B. VIJAYSEN REDDY WRIT APPEAL No.359 of 2019 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma) The present writ appeal is arising out of the order dated 18.03.2019 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.5483 of 2019.
The learned Single Judge has dismissed the writ petition on the ground that there is a remedy provided under the Andhra Pradesh Scheduled Areas Land Transfer Rules, 1969, to prefer an appeal before the Agent to Government against the order of the Special Deputy Collector.
Learned counsel for the appellant has made a prayer before this court that for a period of four weeks, interim protection be granted and the appellant be granted liberty to prefer an appeal. Resultantly, without adverting to the merits of the case, the present writ appeal stands disposed of with a liberty to the appellant to prefer an appeal in accordance with law. However, for a period of four weeks, no coercive action shall be taken against the appellant.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
