Counsel for the petitioner states that the decree of eviction passed against the petitioner has since been executed and the petitioner has been dispossessed from the schedule property by order dt.07.07.2012 in E.P.No.11 of 2012 in OS.No.96 of 2009 of the XX Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, but the petitioner preferred E.A.No.21 of 2012 under Section 47 CPC before the said Court.

2. Having regard to the said submissions, giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue the said E.A., this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
