This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners / A.2 to A.6 in C.C.No.254 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the II Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Kovvur, West Godavari District.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has filed letter dated 08.02.2016 in the Registry requesting to list the matter before the Court under the caption 'for withdrawal' and a submission to that effect has also been made in the Court today. Permission is accorded. 3 Accordingly this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
