Mr.Asifuddin holding for Mr.M.Rama Rao informs the Court that Mr.M.Rama Rao has given up vakalat and also given consent to engage another Advocate.

From the record, it is clear that the revision petitioner has not made alternative arrangement to represent him in the Civil Revision Petition.

When the Civil Revision Petition was listed on 05.09.2018, there was no representation for petitioner and the matter has been passed over to today.
