THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Second Appeal No.758 of 2014 JUDGMENT:

Learned counsel for the appellant had filed a letter before the Registry stating to the effect that pending the second appeal, the matter was settled outside the court and that in view of the settlement, the appellant intends to withdraw the appeal. In the said letter, it is also requested to list the matter under the caption `For withdrawal'. Accordingly, the matter is listed today under the caption `For Withdrawal'.

In view of the contents of the said letter, the Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand dismissed.
