This Criminal Petition is liled under Section 482 of Cr'P'C'' by the petitioners/accused Nos.2 and 4, to quash the proceedings in FIR No.202 of 2O2L, on the file of the Subedari Police Station' Warangal District, for the offences punishable under Sections 42O, 471, 464, 506 and 12OB read with section 34 of IPC' 2.

This Court, by order dated 26'04'2021, granted stay of all further proceedings, including arrest of the petitioners However' keeping in view the interest of investigation, this Criminal Petition is disposed off while extending the benefit of not to arrest the petitioners, as ordered by this Court on 26'O4 '2021 and the police shall conclude the investigation at the earliest without arresting the petitioners/accused Nos.2 and 4'
