THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.9431 of 2019 O R D E R:
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Government Pleader for respondent No.1 and learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 that the issue raised in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 18.02.2019, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.3021 of 2019.
Relevant portion of the aforesaid order reads as under: "In those circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to follow the procedure prescribed under Section 147 of the Act and take possession of the property. It is made clear that in the event the petitioner is willing to take compensation in terms of G.O.Ms.No.330 dated 28.12.2017, offered by the GHMC, he be paid the same. No order as to costs."
Following the aforesaid order and for the reasons stated therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms thereof.
