Anumolu Venkateshwaralu, v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.32060 of 2012 ORDER:
Heard Sri I. Koti Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Irrigation & CAD and Sri Seshadri, learned counsel for the 5th respondent.
Petitioners complain against inaction in considering and disposing of representations dated 05.09.2012 and 27.09.2012 as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional. The representations of petitioners are in respect of construction of Water Plant (R.O. Plant) in the Government site. On 12.10.2012, this Court has granted time to the 5th respondent to place before this Court the steps taken on representations dated 05.09.2012 and 27.09.2012. Till date, from the material available on record, it appears, 5th respondent has hardly taken any steps in this behalf. The Court further directed maintenance of status quo as on that date in respect of the community hall by both the parties. Since the inaction complained is continuing, this court finds it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition by this order.
The petitioners are given liberty to re-submit representations dated 05.09.2012 and 27.09.2012 to respondents 4 and 5 within four weeks from today. The respondents, thereafter, are directed to take a decision and communicate to the petitioners without fail within eight weeks. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No costs. _____________ S.V. BHATT, J February 1, 2017 MRR
