HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Writ Petition No.20395 of 2017 O R D E R :

The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd and 3rd respondents in giving house numbers to the open site in favour of respondents 10 and 11 as House Nos.35-7-297 & 35-7-298 respectively as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct respondents 2 and 3 to cancel the house numbers issued in respect of open plots in favour of respondents and also direct respondents 2 and 3 to give house numbers to construction made by the petitioner and also direct respondents 2 and 3 to dispose of proceedings pursuant to Notice Roc.No.A2/3906/2017 dated 8.2.2017 in the interest of justice. 2.

Heard Sri D.Ramakrishna, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and perused the material available on record. 3.

It is informed by the learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration that respondents have already issued Notice Roc.No.A2/3906/2017 dated 8.2.2017 in the matter and the same will be considered in accordance with law.

Considering the same, respondents 2 and 3 are directed to take appropriate action in the matter.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
