This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent No.3/ Tahsildar, Arvapalli Mandal, Suryapet District, to consider the petitioner's representations, dated 15.11.2017 and 15.09.2018 for transferring the assigned land admeasuring Ac.0.28 guntas in Survey No.253 situated at Koduru Village, Arvapalli Mandal, Suryapet District, by issuing Pattadar Pass Books and Adangal Pahani.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue representing the respondents and perused the record.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a poor landless lady and she submitted two representations, dated 15.11.2017 and 15.09.2018 to the 3rd respondent/ Tahsildar, Arvapalli Mandal, Suryapet District, to transfer the assigned land admeasuring Ac.0.28 guntas in Survey No.253 situated at Koduru Village, Arvapalli Mandal, Suryapet District, in her favour. However, no action has been taken on the said representations yet.

As per the submissions made by both sides, there is no dispute or denial by the respondents with regard to the submission of representations, dated 15.11.2017 and 15.09.2018 by the petitioner seeking the aforementioned relief.

When a representation is submitted, it is for the authorities concerned to dispose of the same in accordance with law, as per the governing regulations. Since no action has been taken by the respondents on the representations, dated 15.11.2017 and 15.09.2018, submitted by the petitioner, the respondents can be directed to dispose of the aforementioned representations in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the respondent No.3/ Tahsildar, Arvapalli Mandal, Suryapet District, is directed to dispose of the representations, dated 15.11.2017 and 15.09.2018, submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
