THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M.S.K. JAI SWAL WRI T PETI TI ON No.15757 of 2010 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus, declaring the action of respondents Nos.1 & 2 in disconnecting power to the Service Connection No.11248-HB-06-339206, having Door No.1793/09 situated by the side of Housing Board Colony, Seethammadhara, Visakhapatnam on a false complaint filed by the 3rd respondent, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct respondents Nos.1 and 2 to restore the power connection.

This Court, vide order, dated 13.07.2010, directed the authorities to restore the power supply to the premises in question forthwith. On behalf of the respondents, it is submitted that, pursuant to the directions of this Court, the power supply has been restored to the premises in question on 04.08.2010. In that view of the matter, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition and the same has become infructuous.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs.
