THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.4595 of 2010 ORDER :
The petitioners in this Writ Petition have assailed the orders passed by respondent nos.1 to 3 under the Andhra Pradesh Land Encroachment Act, 1905.

The counsel for petitioners stated that petitioners have since been evicted from the shops in their occupation by respondent nos.1 to 3; that the 4th respondent - Gram Panchayat had passed a resolution on 20.06.2014 to allot shops in the daily market to persons such as the petitioners on payment of Rs.50,000/- as deposit for some of the said shops and for a lesser deposit for other shops; that pursuant to the said resolution, except petitioner nos.12, 17, 28 and 29 the other petitioners have made the deposit which have been acknowledged by 4th respondent; and that the 4th respondent be directed to consider allotment of the shops in the daily market to petitioners.
3. Sri Ravi Cheemalapti, counsel for 4th respondent, submitted that 4th respondent will consider the cases of persons who have made the payments for allotment of shops as per the above resolution dt.20.06.2014 of the 4th respondent within a period of eight (08) weeks from the
date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the claims of petitioners except petitioner nos.12, 17, 28 and 29 for allotment of shops in the daily market in the 4th respondent-Gram Panchayat within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
