THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.7938 OF 2016 O R D E R :

Petitioner's grievance is that he had applied on 04.10.2014 to the 4th respondent for rectification of entries in ROR 1B and also in the Adangal/Pahanies for incorporation of his name by deleting the names of respondents 5 and 6; that the 4th respondent is not taking any action; and that the petitioner has even complained to the 2nd respondent on 11.01.2016 against the inaction of the 4th respondent.

2. The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 1 to 4 states that the 4th respondent will dispose of the petitioner's application dt.04.10.2014 within eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

3. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application dt.04.10.2014 within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the respondents 5 & 6, and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
