This civil miscellaneous appeal is filed under Order XLIII Rule 1 read with Section 151 of CPC, assailing the order dated 17.8.2009 passed in I.A. No.740 of 2009 in O.S.No.34 of 2009 on the file of the Court of I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad.

As per the Office note, the trial Court disposed of the suit on 27.1.2015. In view of the disposal of the suit, no purpose will be served by keeping the appeal pending.

Hence, the civil miscellaneous appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
