HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 9496 OF 2016 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that his representation dated 11.8.2014 made to the first respondent for assignment of certain land under the Land Assignment (Revised) Assignment Policy is pending with the first respondent and that the first respondent has not passed any orders.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for first respondent states that the first respondent will consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to consider the representation dated 11.8.2014 submitted by the petitioner and pass orders in accordance with law within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
