This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 04.06.2012 in E.A.No.102 of 2012 in E.A.No.206 of 2007 in E.P.No.59 of 2006 in O.S.No.992 of 2005 on the file of the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, at Vijayawada.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law.

Permission is granted.
