This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents 3 and 4 in not regularizing the Quarter No.208 of Incline Basthi, Bellampally town, Mancherial District, in her favour as per G.O.Ms.No.187, Revenue (Assignment-I) Department, dated 05.09.2018, as illegal, arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents to regularize the aforementioned Quarter in her favour, forthwith.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue representing the respondents and perused the record.

As seen from the records, no written representation is submitted by the petitioner to the authorities concerned to regularize the aforementioned Quarter in her favour. It is simply stated in the fourth paragraph of the Affidavit of this Writ Petition that the petitioner personally approached the respondents 3 and 4 and requested them to regularize the Quarter in her favour, since she is residing therein for fifty years, even then the said Quarter was not regularized in her favour. It is evident from the record that no written representation was made by the petitioner to the authorities concerned to comply with the terms of G.O.Ms.No.187, Revenue (Assignment-I)

Department, dated 05.09.2018. The petitioner cannot compel the Government to allocate the Quarter, in which she is residing, in her favour. The Writ Petition is devoid of merit and is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
