JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This criminal appeal is filed against the judgment, dated 24.06.2010, in S.C.No.189 of 2008 on the file of learned Special Sessions Judge for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar.
2. The learned counsel for the appellant filed a memo, dated 14.07.2015, wherein he stated that the sole appellant died on 05.09.2013. A copy of death certificate of the appellant issued on 10.07.2015 has been filed in support of the said memo. Today, at the hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that in view of the death of the sole appellant, the appeal has abated.
3. In view of the above facts, the Criminal Appeal is dismissed as abated.
