THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.207 OF 2014 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the unsuccessful plaintiff assailing the order, dated 23.06.2010, of the learned I Additional District Judge, Rajahmundry at East Godavari, passed in C.M.A.No.37 of 2009, whereby and whereunder, the order, dated 04.11.2009, of the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Rajahmundry, passed in I.A.No.215 of 2009 in O.S.No.246 of 2008, was confirmed. 2.

At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner - plaintiff.

The Registry of this Court brings to the notice of the Court that the trial Court informed the Registry telephonically that the suit itself was disposed of on 29.02.2012.

In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
