No representation for the petitioner.

Heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

The petitioner prays for mandamus to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in sending the Police Constables, who are forcing the petitioner to come to the Police Station without a complaint, to the residence and office of the petitioner, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that Crime No.318 of 2012 is registered by the police of Neredmet Police Station on the complaint of petitioner's wife against the petitioner's brother; having regard to the nature of allegations in Crime No.318 of 2012, respondents have examined the crime on all directions. He further stated by reference to written instructions dated 17.10.2013 that the respondents never summoned the petitioner or sent Constables to the residence or the office of the petitioner.

After perusing the material available on record, I am satisfied, by recording the statement of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition can be closed.
