THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.ABHISHEK REDDY WRIT PETITION No.9592 of 2020 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. The main grievance of the petitioner is that the extent of his land is reduced from Ac.15.00 guntas to Ac.2.00 guntas in the pahanies as well as the pattadar pass books and title deeds. It is the case of the petitioner that the names of other persons are entered in the revenue records, as such, he made a representation to the respondent authorities, but they are not considering the same and correcting the revenue records. The learned Government Pleader for Revenue has stated that if any wrong entries are made in the revenue records, the petitioner has to approach the appellate authority and file an appeal in proper proforma, and the same will be considered in accordance with law.

In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the appellate authority against the illegal entries or proceedings issued by the recording authority. On such appeal being filed, the appellate authority shall dispose of the same in accordance with law, after putting all the necessary parties on notice and affording them an opportunity of hearing, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
