B/O tk 29.09.2023 KS,J I.A.NO.1 OF 2023 This application is filed seeking to relax the bail conditions imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.3267 of 2023 dt.13.04.2023 that he should report before the Station House Officer, Begumpet Police Station, Hyderabad, on every Sunday and Thursday between 10.30 a.m and 12.00 p.m., till filing of the final report; and the other condition that he is directed to surrender his passport.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the aforesaid order, the petitioner is appearing before the concerned SHO and also deposited his Indian Passport. He further submits that the petitioner wants to travel for HAJ pilgrimage and as such he seeks direction to the learned Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Nampally, Hyderabad, to handover the passport to the petitioner.

In the said circumstances, the condition to appear before the Station House Officer, Begumpet Police Station, on every Sunday and Thursday, is hereby relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the said SHO, as and when

required.

As far as condition to surrender the passport of the petitioner is concerned, in the event of any necessity to travel, the petitioner shall file an application before the concerned trial Court and upon such application being made, on the basis of the need of the petitioner to travel, the same shall be considered by the trial Court on conditions.
