This Contempt Case is filed against the interim order dated 11.10.2013 passed in W.P.M.P.No.37041 of 2013 in W.P.No.29835 of 2013 and as on the date of the passing of the interim order on 11.10.2013 the petitioner was not in service. In view of the above, it cannot be held that the respondents have violated the order of this Court, more so, when they filed a vacate petition, which is disposed of today along with the main Writ Petition.
