There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.
The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- "...to issue writ, order, direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondents in asking the petitioner to appear before the Kushaiguda Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, frequently without there being any case pending against the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner by interfering in matrimonial dispute and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 3.
Learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 placed on record the written instructions issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Kushaiguda Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate. 4.
From a perusal of the said written instructions, it is revealed that the wife of the petitioner herein, by name, Smt.J.Ramana Kumari, lodged a complaint on 11.11.2014 with the Station House Officer, Kushaiguda Police Station, stating that her marriage was performed with the petitioner herein and after marriage, her husband and his family members harassing mentally and physically for additional dowry. Hence, she requested the police to take necessary action and to conduct counseling. Basing on the said compliant, the 3rd respondent called the petitioner and his wife for the purpose of counseling and on 11.11.2014 they approached for counseling and stated that they will lead matrimonial life happily and left the Police Station. After counselling, the respondent police did not summon the
petitioner to the Police Station as alleged by him. Therefore, the question of respondent police harassing and summoning him to the Police Station is false and denied.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that there are no merits in the writ petition and the same is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
