Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development for the 1st respondent and learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd and 3rd respondents.

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in not removing the dilapidated wall belonging to the premises of the 4th respondent in the house bearing No.4-5-519 and 520, situated at Badichowdi, Sultan Bazar, Hyderabad, in spite of issuing notice to the occupant, as illegal and arbitrary. 3.

The petitioner asserts that the compound wall belonging to the 4th respondent is in a dilapidated condition and is likely to cause danger to the lives and damage to the properties and that though he made a complaint to the Municipal Corporation, no action has been taken thereon. He further asserts that when he sought information under the Right to Information Act, the respondents have informed vide letter dated 11.03.2019, that they have issued notice for the dilapidated structure on 11.02.2019, however, no further action has been taken.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances and in the light of the grievance of the petitioner, it would be appropriate to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to take necessary steps in accordance

CKR, J W.P.No.8918 of 2019 with law after putting the 4th respondent on notice and communicate the action taken with respect to the subject wall, to the petitioner, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.

Subject to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

6. Miscellaneous Applications, if any pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
