The learned counsel for the petitioner addressed letter dated 27.3.2018 to the Registry, seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to file the writ petition afresh, if necessary. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
