THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.5288 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

This Writ Petition is filed against the notice issued under Rule 3 of the Andhra Pradesh Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfers) Rules, 2007.

Learned counsel for the petitioner now states that pending the Writ Petition, resumption order is passed which the petitioner seeks to question.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous with the liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law against the resumption order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
