THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA APPEAL SUIT No.381 of 2015 ORAL ORDER:

Sri M. Jagannatha Sarma, learned counsel for the appellants, addressed a letter, dated 01.03.2018, to the Registrar (Judicial) requesting to list the appeal for withdrawal, as the appellants addressed a letter to him requesting him to withdraw the appeal suit on the ground that the dispute was settled by way of compromise. To the letter addressed to the Registrar, the learned counsel annexed the letter addressed to him by the appellants.

In view of the above, the appeal suit is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present appeal, stand closed.
