Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development for respondent No.1, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 to 4, learned Government Pleader for Home for respondent No.5, Sri M.A.Mujeeb, Learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.6 and learned Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration for respondent No.7.

Challenging the action of the official respondents in not taking any action on the petitioners'

complaint/representation dated 02.04.2019 against respondent Nos.8 and 9 in making illegal constructions in the house bearing No.22-3-420, situated at Kaman Elchi Baig, Mir Alam Mandi, Hyderabad, the present writ petition is filed.

The petitioners assert that though respondent No.3 had granted permission for construction of stilt + 2 floors in a site area admeasuring 150.45 meters, in the aforesaid property, respondent Nos.8 and 9 are constructing stilt + 4 floors and also started centring work for construction of 5th floor. They further assert that the subject property belongs to the Wakf Board. Bringing all these aspects to the notice, the petitioners made a representation dated 02.04.2019 to the Principal Secretary, Minority Social Welfare; the Chairman,

CKR, J W.P.No.8908 of 2019 Telangana State Wakf Board; Telangana State Wakf Board represented by its Chief Executive Officer, the Commissioner, GHMC; the Assistant Commissioner, GHMC; the Assistant City Planner; the Station House Officer; and the Sub-Registrar, however, no action has been taken thereon.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances and since the representation of the petitioners dated 02.04.2019 is pending before the respondents, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondents to consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 5.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

6. Miscellaneous Applications, if any pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
