THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 8755 of 2019 O R D E R:

Considering the nature of relief which the petitioner sought, it is not necessary for this Court to issue notice to the unofficial respondents at this stage.

In this writ petition, the petitioner challenges the show cause notice, dated 25.02.2019, proposing to reject its application for grant of quarry lease.

The petitioner asserts that it had already submitted its explanation on 26.02.2019 and 10.03.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one person has been granted licence with respect to the land admeasuring Acs.70.00 in Survey No.210 of Madharam Village, Jinnaram Mandal, Sanga Reddy District, over which the petitioner is making claim as far back as on 24.02.2017.

Considering the fact that the petitioner had already submitted its explanation on 26.02.2019 and 10.03.2019, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent authorities to pass orders after considering the explanation submitted by the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the authorities desire to have personal hearing of the petitioner, the same shall be given in compliance with the principles of natural justice. For a period of eight weeks, status quo obtaining

as on today shall be maintained with respect to the respective applications.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. _________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J Dt:24.04.2019 kdl
