THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE NO.840 of 2016 ORDER:

Sri Maruti Jadav, learned counsel representing Sri B.S. Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that this contempt case, as instituted, is defective in the light of the developments that took place after its institution and seeks leave to withdraw the same reserving liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh case.
