CVNR, J & GSP, J W.P.No.29889 of 2016 Dt:07.9.2016 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

".... to issue a writ or direction more particularly in the nature of Mandamus to set aside the Award dated 01-03-2016 passed by Lok Adalat at Vijayawada, Krishna District, A.P. in Lok Adalat Case No.705/2016 in terms and conditions stipulated in award in the interest of justice."

After arguing the case, Mr. Ch.Srinivas, learned counsel appearing for Mr. B.Ravi Shankar, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his client to file a comprehensive suit for setting aside award, dated 01.3.2016, in Lok Adalat Case No.705 of 2016 on the file of the Lok Adalat at Vijayawada, Krishna District.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.36990 of 2016 filed by the petitioner for interim relief stands dismissed as infructuous.
