Sri M.A. Mujeeb, Advocate, submits that he has filed vakalat on behalf of the petitioners/A.3 and A.7 to A.12 in the place of earlier counsel Sri C. Sharan Reddy. Hence, print the name of Sri M.A. Mujeeb, learned counsel for the petitioners by deleting the name of Sri C. Sharan Reddy.

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioners/A.3 and A.7 to A.12 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.13/2011 of Central Crime Station, Hyderabad, registered against them and others for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420, 295, 406, 218 and 200 r/w. Section 120-B of IPC.

The learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent - State submits that the police have investigated into the matter and final report has been filed before the XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate's Court, Hyderabad, vide S.R.No.4400/2017, dated 20.07.2017 referring the case as lack of evidence and hence the cause in this criminal petition does not survive for adjudication. He has filed a copy of the letter dated 22.03.2018 addressed by the Inspector of Police, WCO Team-II, CCS, Hyderabad, in that regard.

In view of the said submission, the cause in this criminal petition has become infructuous and the same is closed. Interim stay granted by this Court on 24.01.2011 shall stand vacated.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
