I This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioner who is I arrayed as Accused No.1 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.291 of 2015 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Sathupalli, Khammam District.

On written instructions, dated 21.02.2018, learned Additional public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner/Accused No.1 was discharged before the trial Court. Hence, the prayer sought for in the present petition has become infructuous.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.
