THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N.V. SHRAVAN KUMAR WRIT PETITION (TR) NO.1106 OF 2017 ORDER:

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition (TR), the petitioner has retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation and in view of the same no further orders are required in the Writ Petition (TR). The learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents has fairly acceded to the same.

2. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition (TR) is closed.

3. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to the costs.
