The grievance of the petitioner is that no action is being taken on her complaint against respondent No.4 who is allegedly making unauthorised and illegal construction.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Standing Counsel for respondents-Corporation.

Sri N. Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the respondentsCorporation submits that the complaint of the petitioner has already been taken note of and, on preliminary inspection, it is found that respondent No.4 is making illegal construction and, therefore, necessary action would be taken in accordance with law, within four weeks. Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
