THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.7498 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the inaction of the fourth respondent in mutating the name of the petitioner in respect of the land of an extent of Ac.30.18 guntas in Survey Nos.41, 42, 51, 53, 54, 222 and 223 situated at Rekurthi Village, Kothapally Mandal, Karimnagar District.

When this Court perused the record filed along with the Writ Petition, it is noticed that the petitioner did not comply with the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act while making a request for mutating his name. In the circumstances, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the present Writ Petition. But, the petitioner is given liberty to file appropriate application in accordance with the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act and the rules made thereunder. As and when such an application is filed, it is incumbent on the fourth respondent to consider the same in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
