This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.37 of 2017 from the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Rayachoty, Kadapa District, and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court at Tirupati, Chittoor District. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the transfer petition. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
