This petition is filed by the petitioner-accused No.3 under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant anticipatory bail to her in Crime No.661 of 2015 on the file of Chaithanyapuri Police Station, Cyberabad City Police, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 423, 500 and 506 r/w 120-B IPC.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The earlier application filed by the petitioner was dismissed. There are no changed circumstances. The petitioner filed this petition with an ulterior motive to deviate the attention of the Court. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
