HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.29574 of 2017 ORDER:

Questioning the action of respondent No.3, in not registering the complaint made by the petitioner against respondent Nos.4 and 5, the present Writ Petition is filed. Learned Government Pleader for Home would place before this Court the written instructions from respondent No.3 (Station House Officer, LB Nagar Police Station, LB Nagar, Hyderabad) that, based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 01.09.2017, a case in Crime NO.962 of 2017 was registered on 01.09.2017 against respondent Nos.4 and 5; and, after completion of investigation, report would be filed before the concerned Court.

Since the complaint has now been registered, the respondents shall cause investigation forthwith, and file a report under Section 173(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code at the earliest.
