As there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners on 08.12.2015, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption "For dismissal". Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners have no interest in prosecuting the case.

Hence, this writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand dismissed.
