THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.835 of 2009 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief - "....to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the orders of the 3rd respondent NABARD in Ref.No.NB/APRO/CPD/5118/A-10/2008-09, dated 13.06.2008 and the consequential proceedings of the 4th respondent Bank in Ref.No.UB/adv/sect/F.290, dated 14.06.2008 denying the benefits of the scheme to the petitioners as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and discriminatory in violation of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India apart from contrary to the policy of the 1st respondent and guild lines thereof and consequently set-aside the same with the further direction to the respondents to grant the benefits under Agriculture Debt Waiver and Debt Relief Scheme 2008 to the petitioners to pass such further order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case...."
It is submitted by both the learned counsel that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.24536 of 2008 and batch, dated 15.12.2015. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the orders passed in W.P.No.24536 of 2008 and batch dated 15.12.2015. Office to tag a copy of the order passed in W.P.No.24536 of 2008 and batch to this writ petition.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
