HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CIVIL REVISION PETITION Nos.390 & 478 of 2010 COMMON ORDER The C.R.P.No.390 of 2010 is filed against the order passed in I.A.No.276 of 2007 in I.P.No.30 of 1999, dated 28.10.2009 on the file of the Additional Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad.

The C.R.P.No.478 of 2010 is filed against the order passed in I.A.No.287 of 2007 in I.P.No.30 of 1999, dated 28.10.2009 on the file of Additional Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad When the matters were listed on 21.10.2016, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that there is likelihood of settlement of matter with the petitioners. Today when the matter is called, the 2nd respondent in both the Revisions, who is present in person, states that he has no objection for releasing the amounts claimed by the petitioners in I.A.No.276 of 2007 and pleaded that this would be a full and final settlement in respect of their claims. Learned counsel for the petitioners on instructions submits that petitioners are agreeable to the said submission. In view of the submission made by both the parties, without going into the merits of the case, both the Revisions are allowed and disposed of directing the Court below to release the amount of Rs.5,36,582/- from the Bank along with accrued interest in favour of the petitioners. This will be

a full and final settlement in respect of claims of the petitioners in the above said I.P. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
