Mohammad Maqsood Ali v. The State Of Telangana
THE HON'BLE Dr . JUSTI CE SHAMEEM AKTHER W RI T PETI TI ON No.8 8 1 2 of 2 0 1 9 ORDER:
This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in not demarcating and not handing over the possession of assigned land admeasuring Acs.3.00 guntas in Survey No.415 of Tangatoor Village, Shankarpally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, to the petitioner, as illegal, arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents to handover the possession of the aforementioned land to the petitioner.
2 .
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue representing the respondents and perused the record.
3 .
In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that earlier, W.P.No.24186 of 2016 was filed before this Court to survey the lands in Survey No.415 of Tangatoor Village, Shankarpally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. This Court, by order, dated 27.09.2016, directed the respondents to conduct survey of the said lands within three (03) months from the date of the said order. Again this Writ Petition is filed seeking the same relief. Since already there is an order by this Court to survey the lands in Survey No.415 of Tangutoor Village, Shankarpally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, there is no need to pass orders for the same relief again.
4 .
With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
