When the matter called, there is no representation for the petitioner. Learned standing counsel for the respondent - Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWS & SB) represents that the matter has become infructuous, since pursuant to the interim direction passed by this Court in W.P.M.P. No.25767 of 2007, dated 28-09-2007, the information, which was sought by the petitioner relating to her deceased husband, late Farooq Ahmed, was supplied through the proceedings issued by the General Manager (Engg), O&M Division, Miralam at Goshamahal, HMWS & S. Board, Hyderabad, in Lr.No.EC1/GM(E)/O&M.Dn-1/2008-2009/33219, dated 02-03-2009.

2. The learned standing counsel has also placed a copy of the information furnished which relates to the said Farooq Ahmed, husband of the petitioner, concerning the death benefits.

Therefore, the present writ petition renders

ASN,J WP No.19978 of 2007 infructuous. Copy of the aforesaid proceedings shall form part of the record.
