ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the 5th respondent in interfering with the petitioners' land to an extent of Ac.0.28 gts in Sy.No.657/A/2/1, situated at Nelluttla Village, Lingala Ghanapur Mandal, Jangaon District, by threatening them to register the same in favour of the 9th and 10th respondents, as illegal and arbitrary.

None appears for the petitioners. Learned counsel appearing for respondents 8 to 12 would submit that a civil dispute is pending with regard to the subject property and respondents 8 to 12 were granted injunction, which was also made absolute and that they have been granted police protection and that suppressing all these facts, the petitioners filed the present writ petition. 3.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 1 to 5, on instructions, would submit that the police have never interfered with the civil dispute except investigating the crime.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, no relief can be granted to the petitioners. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
